Statement of Legal Effect By completing this application form and submitting it to Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC) you: (a) acknowledge that you have read and understood any terms and conditions set out in the application form; (b) agree, or where you are signing on behalf of a company, the company agrees, to be bound by those terms and conditions upon acceptance of the application being notified to you by AADC; (c) warrant that the details as completed by you in the application form are correct; and (d) warrant that you are the person named in the application form as the applicant or, if submitting this application form on behalf of a company, you are duly authorised by the company to do so. AADC is under no obligation to accept your application and will endeavour to notify you in due course if your application is accepted. Privacy Statement Al Ain Distribution Company collects personal information for the purposes of providing electricity water and related services and products, promoting such services and products and marketing research. We may disclose your personal information to our contractors for these purposes and other third parties including Al Ain Water Electricity Authority. 1) AADC will not supply water for non-domestic demand unless an approval from ADWEA is obtained. 2) AADC’s Inspection Engineer reserves the right to finalize the location of the connection chamber / meters box on site after applying for connection. 3) For "Gated Community" Projects, the internal water distribution network should be designed as per AADC’s standards & regulations. 4) Inspections should be reapproved in case of major changes in the design. 5)The approval is valid only for two years
